Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by product and destination, and your estimated delivery is always shown at checkout. Every order includes tracking.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery times

In-stock US items typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Select items ship from our overseas partners and can take 10–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email support@barkdog.store.
