We want you and your dog to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

Return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email support@barkdog.store with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when it's processed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it and make it right.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days at support@barkdog.store with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
